Album released

My album Normdans is now released to the public.
It is available to download and listen to, completely for free, via the Album sub menu.
It is also available on most streaming services (eg Spotify, Apple Music and YouTube Music).

There are music videos (including lyrics and translations), for the album, available on my Youtube channel to watch.

Single released

The first song from the forthcoming album Normdans is released today. It's called Högtid?, and is available to listen to and download here on my homepage. The album will be released in 2023.
A lyrics video is also released on Youtube today.

The music will be available on all major streaming services aswell, however it will take a little while for them to process my upload, so hold tight.

iOS works again! Yay!

So I got some time to troubleshoot why the site didn't work on iOS devices, and I managed to fix it. Turned out that it was a loop in the Javascript that iOS didn't like.

The music player is now turned on for iOS again, however, the files that are in OGG-format won't work with your Apple-device by standard. You can however download the music file, and I'm sure that there are players for Apple that supports it.

Logo

I added my logo "Sågtand" in the top. A while back ago I decided that I needed a Swedish name for my Swedish projects, hence "Sågtand".
Sågtand translates directly to "sawtooth".

Update about iOS (... lousy shit)

Some update about iOS support on this page.
As we all know since earlier, Apple seems to like to not follow standards, therefore the audio functions are broken on this page.

Recently I got an iPhone 13 as a job phone, and I finally could test myself how my page works on it. It didn't work at all. Crashed after a few seconds.
This was caused by a function converting timecodes (milliseconds) to minutes and seconds, used in the audio player. I have no idea what the issue is, but I simply turn it off for iOS users, and now it loads at least.

Since earlier I got reports that the audio player doesn't work on iOS which I "solved" by adding a page with HTML5-players.
Brilliant stuff.. It's standard HTML5-players which EVERYONE SUPPORTS... I thought. Nope. Apple does not like that either. The music doesn't load at all when trying to press play.
Perhaps it's because they want people to use their iTunes instead or something. I have no idea.. so now to solve this issue, I've also made download links available for the songs.

Welcome back to the 90's... sigh. Expensive toys.

Simple HTML5-player

Since the Javascript player seems to be working quite bad on iOS devices, I've added a page with simple HTML5-players for each song.
There are no song info or lyrics displayed on that page.

Welcome

Finally. My new homepage is in such finished state that I think it's time to release it to the public. Thanks for stopping by.

The music player is coded by me, using the Javascript library p5.js. It's a thing that has taken quite some time to finish, and there are still some functionalities and optimization that could be added.
But it works. That's the main thing.

The rest of the mechanics of the homepage is made with Bootstrap 4.4.1 library.

The main reason why I want this page, is because I want it to be an archive over what I've done, and a good home for the new stuff I will release in the future.
